Meet the Team at the Coochin Creek Co-op
Have you ever noticed how helpful the Guys (and Gals) at the Coochin Creek Co-Op are?, and how much they know about farming everything at the Co-OP shop. Pop in at any time of the day and they will give you what you need, and if they can’t do that they will pass you on to someone who can.
The Helpful Handful at Coochin Creek Co-Op Beerwah September 2014
Farmers and Homeowners alike have been visiting the C0-Op for decades, in fact it’s a great place to meet the “People of Beerwah”. It’s surprising how much they stock from Cement to Drill bits, to … well let just say they stock just about everything and that some of the unusual things I have seen in there remind me of the early settlers.
Here is a lovely photo so some of the team, (the helpful handful) I did not try and collect the entire team together, because some them of serving in the Fuel Station, and others in the back at dispatch and still more in offices upstairs perhaps – so for those I left out … sorry 🙂
- Question1: Does anyone even knows how long the co-op has been open?
- Question2: Can anyone share the history of the Co-Op, how did it start?

I have know Helen Booth for over 30 years when I was her boss at the Fruitgrowers and she is one of the best workers any company would wish to employ.
